Location was good , far enough away from the highway to be fairly quiet. The surrounding lighting in the parking lot, was not intrusive like many other hotels who have lights that are way too bright on the outside hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. This included the front desk and housekeeping staff. The breakfast offering was also very good and offered a lot of choices. The hotel was very quiet which we really appreciated.

Large room with kitchen. Very large bathroom. Convenient location half way from LA to LV. The outlet is literally in the same car park.

The staff is always cheerful and respectful. The place is quiet and comfortable and always impeccably clean. The breakfast is always good, and they always have a wide variety of things to eat in the morning no matter what you are in the mood for. Oh and they always have cookies baked at night for when you check in.

Bed was very comfortable and amenities in the room were so useful. We appreciated the breakfast too. The Holiday Inn Express in Paso Robles was quite a bit nicer with a larger modern bathroom and much better breakfast choices. Still much better than most comparable hotels.

Location has parking for trucks and trailer. Many different choices of food nearby. Clean facilities every time I have stayed. Staff have always been very welcoming.

Welcoming staff/lady at front desk. Room was clean and had microwave/fridge/coffee maker/nice desk area/ comfy beds/shampoo conditioner & shower gel in shower/close to gas, shopping, restaurants! We were very pleased as we had just driven from New Mexico and wanted to just get a clean room to relax. The staff and hotel amenities are wonderful!

The cleanliness of the room, the size was one of the largest we have ever stayed in. The jetted tub was amazing after a long drive! Our bed was perfect and slept like a baby. The breakfast was great, many choices, clean and the staff was accommodating.

We stayed for two nights. Once when driving from Las Vegas to Los Angeles and again on the return drive home. There is a lot of competition in the area but the HolInnExprs delivers the best overall quality and value when compared with the others, And most importantly the bathroom linens and the beds offered at Holiday Inn Express are superior. We stayed in room 108, outbound and 104 on the return. It seemed that 104 was a little more “used” than 108. The through the wall AC unit in 108 is quieter, and newer, than 104, but 104, at the end of the first floor, is more convenient to entry and exit from the parking area. The breakfast bar was, for the price, very good.
